I am currently employed at Startek as a Telkom Fixed Billing Customer Service consultant. In my previous employment, I gained experience as an account executive for a waste-management company. I was also a facilitator for different organisations mostly dealing with clients that I supported and guided in order to achieve certain objectives. I strive to build good relationships with customers and a helpful and friendly environment. But most of all I am adept at solving problems and in conflict resolution.
