Virtual Assistant (Social Media Marketing)

Hours: 40 hours per month (with potential to grow)
About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing social media marketing agency specialising in property-related businesses. They work with high-level clients (7+ figure business owners) and are focused on delivering exceptional, results-driven marketing services.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support social media marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone experienced in digital marketing who can work independently, maintain high standards, and proactively contribute to improving processes and performance.
This is a part-time role with strong potential for growth as the agency expands.
Key Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
Social Media Management
Follow and engage with relevant accounts to drive growth and visibility
Monitor and respond to LinkedIn and Instagram messages
Manually post content when required
Content Creation & Editing
Create social media graphics using Canva
Edit video content using CapCut
Assist with copywriting using AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT)
Scheduling & Planning
Monitor scheduling platform (Planable)
Ensure content plans are consistently scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance
Track and respond to client comments or feedback promptly
Analytics & Reporting
Compile analytics reports using Claude
Provide a weekly marketing oversight report
Log all completed work accurately on monday.com (CRM)
Research & Optimisation
Research social media trends and competitor activity
Provide insights and suggestions to improve performance and service delivery
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing support
Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Proactive and confident in suggesting improvements
Comfortable working with high-level clients and maintaining a high standard of work
Strong communication skills
Technical Skills:
Canva
CapCut
AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude)
Planable (or similar scheduling tools)
monday.com (or similar CRM tools)
