Remote Accountant & Bookkeeper | Multiple Openings
Compensation: $1,400–$2,500 USD/month

We’re currently sourcing REMOTE Accountants & Bookkeepers who are detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing financial records and day-to-day accounting tasks. If you’re selected, you’ll work directly with the hiring company.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts.
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on receivables as needed.
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and other accounting tasks.
- Maintain organized and confidential financial records.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient with accounting software and financial tools.
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
Preferred Skills & Tools
- Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses.
- Familiarity with U.S. accounting practices and financial terminology.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks, or similar accounting platforms.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with payroll, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, or financial reporting.
