POSITION: High-Volume Outbound Recruiter (Part-Time)
Location: Remote (Global)
Compensation: $600 – $650 USD/month
Work Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours/week) | Temporary / Seasonal Contract (Through October 2026)
Available Shifts (3 Open Positions):
Shift 1: Monday – Friday | 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM EST
Shift 2: Monday – Friday | 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM EST
Shift 3: Monday – Friday | 04:00 PM – 08:00 PM EST
Note: Independent contractor position
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* At least 1 year of experience in high-volume outbound calling, BPO call centers, or high-velocity sales/recruiting.
* Near-native English verbal communication skills with exceptional speech clarity and phone presence.
* High energy and stamina to handle back-to-back outbound calls.
* Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid environment with proven self-management.
* Strong attention to detail and comfort following step-by-step SOPs.
* Dedicated, quiet home office setup with a working computer, camera, headset/microphone, and reliable high-speed internet.
