POSITION: Inbound Sales Specialist
Location: Remote (LATAM/ South Africa preferred)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, coverage within the 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST window; weekend shifts required with two scheduled mid-week days off.
Compensation: 1800 – 2000 USD/month base + performance commission
Note: Independent contractor position
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* Inbound Phone Sales: Answer incoming customer calls promptly during scheduled evening and weekend shifts (40 hours/week total), representing the company with professionalism and urgency.
* Consultative Selling: Educate prospective clients on our wildlife inspection and removal services, addressing specific property concerns and building immediate value.
* Appointment Conversion: Convert inbound calls into scheduled in-person service appointments, maintaining a target 30%+ booking rate on qualified inquiries.
* Call SLA Adherence: Maintain high phone availability to consistently achieve a 95%+ call answer rate during scheduled coverage windows.
* CRM Data Hygiene: Accurately record customer details, call notes, property addresses, and scheduled appointment slots in our CRM system.
