POSITION: Customer Engagement & Sales Associate
Location: Remote (Africa/ India/ Pakistan)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (EST)
Compensation: 1300 – 1400 USD/month (Plus performance-based bonus)
Note: Independent contractor position
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* Follow up on outstanding estimates and close contracts over the phone.
* Conduct outbound follow-ups for collections, reviews, and customer feedback when inbound volume is low.
* Collaborate with the U.S. team to address and escalate customer concerns.
* Handle administrative tasks that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Execute structured call scripts in an engaging, conversational, and non-robotic manner.
* Positive, coachable attitude and ability to stay engaged during low-volume hours.
* A/R Collections: Conduct outbound calls to settle outstanding invoices.
* Handle inbound phone calls promptly, qualifying leads and setting appointments for field specialists.
* Collaborate with internal sales and field teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs and escalation resolutions.
* Log all sales activities and follow-ups in Acculynx.
