About the Role
Run Meta Ads Manager campaigns for a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand. Focus on sales or lead conversion and explain campaign results clearly. A video recording is required as part of your application. Show an upbeat, high-energy communication style and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
• Run Meta Ads Manager campaigns optimized for sales or lead conversion.
• Track ad spend, calculate cost per sale and compile weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
• At least two years running Meta Ads campaigns for sales or lead conversion.
• Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience for direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.
• Experience tracking spend, calculating cost per sale and preparing weekly performance reports.
• Strong English skills; accent is not a selection criterion.
Nice to Have
• Use of ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools for audience targeting and campaign optimization.
• Experience in another marketing field, such as email, SEO, content or another ad platform.
