Job Title: Paid Media Implementation Specialist

About the Role
Support paid search and paid social programs through hands-on work in advertising platforms. Set up and optimize campaigns, communicate clearly and make sound campaign decisions independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Support paid search and paid social programs in Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Set up and optimize campaigns, choose audiences, manage bidding strategies and set up conversion tracking.
Qualifications
• Hands-on paid media platform work demonstrated on your resume.
• Experience supporting both paid search and paid social programs.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies and conversion tracking.
• Clear communication and the ability to make decisions independently.
