Job Title: Inbound Sales and Support Specialist
Location: Remote — South Africa sourcing focus.
Salary Range: Compensation details will be confirmed during the selection process.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, US Central time. Available shifts: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM; assigned shift confirmed during selection.
Contractor Note: Independent contractor position.

About the Role:
Help US homeowners on inbound calls, guide them through their options, book appointments and introduce relevant memberships. This role combines consultative phone selling with calm, empathetic customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide inbound calls conversationally, handle objections and book appointments.
• Explain and upsell relevant memberships.
• Stay calm with stressed callers and de-escalate concerns.
Qualifications:
• Inbound consultative phone-sales experience, including handling objections and booking or closing.
• Excellent spoken English and a clear, natural, engaging phone presence.
• Customer de-escalation experience and empathy with callers.
• Availability for one of the stated US Central shifts.
• An English introductory video is required during selection.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Home-services or residential field-service sales/support experience.
