Job Title: Head of Web Growth and Conversion
Location: Remote — worldwide eligibility; South Africa sourcing focus.
Salary Range: Up to USD 6,000 per month, depending on experience.
Work Schedule: US business hours; exact schedule confirmed during selection.

About the Role:
Own a B2B website as a source of qualified sales meetings. Improve conversion, grow relevant traffic and personally ship the work, from landing pages and booking flows to production quality and measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Improve the journey from landing page through inquiry, booking and qualified sales meetings.
• Establish trustworthy funnel measurement with Revenue Operations.
• Run evidence-based conversion experiments across messaging, offers, pages, forms and booking flows.
• Build and maintain HTML/JavaScript, CMS-backed pages, components, integrations and experiments.
• Grow relevant traffic through SEO and AI-search discovery.
• Own site speed, mobile experience, accessibility, working forms, tracking and reliable releases.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on ownership of a large-scale B2B website with important conversion flows.
• Proven conversion and organic-growth results, with baselines, outcomes and your contribution.
• Practical HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS skills beyond visual website builders.
• Live work you personally shipped and the ability to verify AI-assisted changes or debugging in an existing codebase.
