Job Title: Sales Operations and Audit Associate
Location: Remote — South Africa sourcing focus.
Salary Range: Compensation details will be confirmed during the selection process.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Central time.
Contractor Note: Independent contractor position.

About the Role:
Support the accuracy and quality of a home-services sales operation. Audit calls and records, provide same-day feedback and maintain the data used in reporting and commission calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit sales calls against the documented sales process and debrief representatives.
• Check ServiceTitan tagging, lead sources and job documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Support sales authentication compliance, first-pass commission calculations and financing applications.
• Maintain reports covering close rate, average ticket and progress toward goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven high-volume QA, call-audit, sales-operations or data-integrity experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and workbook maintenance.
• Ability to hold sales representatives accountable to a documented process professionally.
• Clear spoken and written English for US sales-team feedback.
• Careful handling of compensation and payroll-related information.
• Availability for the stated US Central schedule.
Nice-to-Haves:
• ServiceTitan, home-services, consumer-financing or AI call-scoring experience.
