Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo/SMS)
Location: Remote — worldwide eligibility; South Africa sourcing focus.
Salary Range: Up to USD 3,000 per month, depending on experience.
Work Schedule: US business hours; exact schedule confirmed during selection.
Contractor Note: Independent contractor position.

About the Role:
Own email and SMS strategy and client relationships for ecommerce and DTC brands. Combine hands-on platform work, performance analysis and recommendations that improve program revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own email and SMS strategy, campaign planning and quarterly roadmaps.
• Analyze performance, prepare monthly reports and present recommendations to clients.
• Manage multiple accounts and proactively identify improvements.
Qualifications:
• At least three years in email and SMS marketing, preferably ecommerce or DTC.
• Hands-on Klaviyo and an SMS platform such as Attentive or Postscript.
• Experience owning strategy, revenue performance and client relationships.
• Strong English for client presentations and written communication.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Shopify, agency experience, lifecycle marketing and A/B testing.
• Basecamp or Google Workspace.
