Job Title: Data Entry & Enrichment Specialist (Excel, Google Maps & SOP-Driven)

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly disciplined, detail-oriented Data Entry and Data Enrichment Specialist to assist with large-scale lead generation and property data categorization.
You will not be cold-calling or speaking with clients. Your sole focus is data accuracy, spatial cross-referencing, and spreadsheet management. You will be given a clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to follow, and you will be expected to execute it flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, filter, and organize large datasets using Excel.
• Utilize Google Maps (Satellite View) to visually locate, verify, and measure commercial properties based on specific criteria outline in the SOP.
• Categorize data points accurately into designated Excel columns.
• Maintain strict data integrity and flag any anomalies or missing information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills: You must be comfortable navigating large master spreadsheets, organizing columns, and filtering data efficiently. (We do not use a complex CRM; everything is managed in Excel).
• Google Maps Navigation: Experience using Google Maps satellite data to identify and evaluate commercial sites/structures.
• SOP-Driven: Ability to follow detailed, written Standard Operating Procedures to the letter without skipping steps.
• High Attention to Detail: Spotting tiny inconsistencies or mistakes in a sea of data must be second nature to you.
• Reliable Internet & Hardware: A stable internet connection and a computer capable of handling heavy spreadsheets and map rendering smoothly.
