Become a Juicer: Influencer Marketing Manager
At Helpjuice, our team is our biggest asset, and we’re here to empower them to do their best work. We’ve been 100% remote since 2011 — think small local bakery, not a hyped-up startup. About 20 of us, spread across the world, profitable, and having fun along the way.
This role owns a brand-new growth channel for Helpjuice (helpjuice.com): finding influencers and creators on YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and newsletters, paying them to post about Helpjuice, and turning the ones that work into a repeatable growth machine — the way Scribe grew.
What you’ll do
Find influencers and creators — on YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and in newsletters — whose audience would actually buy Helpjuice, not whoever has the most followers
Message them, agree on a fair price for each sponsored post, and walk away from overpriced deals
Manage 50+ sponsored posts a month without letting anything slip
Know exactly which posts brought us customers — tracking links, promo codes — and put next month’s budget into what worked
Work directly with the CEO on how we grow
Who you are
Excellent written English — outreach messages and creator briefs are the job (non-negotiable)
Comfortable with the unknown — you’d rather figure things out than wait for instructions
You care about paying customers, not likes and views
Scrappy, self-directed, and comfortable sending a lot of outreach every single day
Experience paying influencers is a plus, not a requirement — we care about how you think
Some honesty before you apply: our environment is relaxed, but the bar is high. If “it went viral” is your idea of a result, this isn’t your seat.
Compensation & perks
Salary: $1,000–$3,800 per month (USD), depending on experience
100% remote, flexible schedule, annual team retreats in places like Portugal and Sarajevo
