POSITION OVERVIEW
PreZtacks is seeking motivated, professional, and results-driven Independent Contractor Sales Agents to identify, engage, and introduce potential clients to our technology solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, building business relationships, and generating income through performance-based sales.
You will operate independently while receiving comprehensive training, sales tools, CRM access, and ongoing support from PreZtacks.
No software sales experience is required.
FULL training will be provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and engage prospective clients
• Generate a minimum of four (4) qualified leads per week
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
• Present PreZtacks products and services to prospective clients
• Communicate the business value of software, automation, AI, and digital transformation solutions
• Assist in moving prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate records within the company CRM
• Manage and maintain your own sales pipeline
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects and clients
• Support ongoing client relationships after successful sales
• Attend one weekly online sales meeting
• Represent the PreZtacks brand professionally at all times
• Position PreZtacks as a long-term technology partner rather than a once-off service provider

COMPENSATION
Commission Structure
• Earn 10% commission on every successful sale
• Earn 10% commission on future projects, upgrades, expansions, and additional services purchased by clients you originally introduced, subject to the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement
• No earnings ceiling
• Unlimited income potential
Commission Payment Conditions
• Commission becomes payable once client payment has been received by the company
• Commission is not payable on cancelled agreements
• Commission is not payable on refunded projects
• Commission is not payable on non-paying clients
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Fluent in English
• Reliable internet access
• Own laptop or computer
• Own transport preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Professional conduct and presentation
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn and apply training
• Ability to engage confidently with business professionals
