Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly detail-oriented After-Hours Legal Intake Specialist (Personal Injury)to manage our evening and weekend lead pipelines. In this role, you will be the absolute first point of contact for prospective injury clients seeking legal representation during non-business hours. Your mission is to answer inbound inquiries with profound empathy and calmness, confidently guide callers through the initial case screening criteria, collect vital accident documentation, and ensure promising leads are systematically routed to our attorneys with zero delays.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Line Case Reception: Serve as the immediate, empathetic point of contact for incoming calls and emails from potential clients after standard business hours.
Rigorous Intake Screening: Execute structured case evaluations based on personal injury criteria to collect complete, accurate incident details.
Lead Pipeline Monitoring: Actively track and monitor incoming web leads and portals, executing rapid and professional follow-ups to maximize case retention.
Document Procurement: Promptly request, collect, and organize medical records, accident reports, and supporting documents from prospects.
Internal Coordination: Meticulously update files and seamlessly hand off qualified case profiles to our internal legal team and attorneys for immediate review.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on, non-entry-level experience handling the personal injury intake or case screening pipeline.
Language Mastery: Flawless written and spoken English communication skills with an authoritative, comforting, and clear phone presence.
Empathy & Composure: Proven emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate conversations with individuals who have just experienced a traumatic physical or financial event.
Operational Discipline: Exceptional attention to detail with the structural independence to manage long weekend blocks with zero dropped balls.
