Hiring: Remote Sales Representative (closer) for Seen to Sold

ABOUT US
Seen to Sold is a done for you marketing company for small business owners in
the United States. We build and run their social media content, paid ad
creative, AI powered text follow up, and a full CRM pipeline so they get booked
appointments instead of guesswork. Packages start at $149 per month and scale
up. We operate on Arizona time.

WHO I AM LOOKING FOR
A remote closer who runs the full sale on the phone, from first conversation
through payment collected. This is live selling to US, Canadian, UK, and Australian small business owners.
It is not appointment setting only, and it is not a script reading call center
seat, although we have scripts. You will only be talking to warm leads who came from Meta ads directly.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely looking for a career to grow, in this day in age there is no easier time to collect data and perfect your sales and marketing abilities.. we are looking for someone who wants to better than they were yesterday💯

LOCATION AND HOURS
Must work US business
hours, 9am to 6pm Arizona time, Monday through Friday.

MUST HAVE
– Fluent conversational English, C1 or higher, with a neutral accent that US, UK, CA, & AUS small business owners understand easily over the phone
– At least 1 year of outbound phone sales to B2B or
small business services
– Proven live objection handling on price, timing, and “I need to think about it”
– Comfortable with 130 plus dials per day
– CRM experience
– Reliable fiber internet, quiet dedicated workspace, USB headset, personal
computer, and a backup plan for power and internet outages

NICE TO HAVE
– Experience selling marketing, advertising, web design, or SaaS
– GoHighLevel experience

COMPENSATION
– $5-$12 USD per hour base (STARTING)
– 5% uncapped commission on all revenue you personally sell and collect (every $1,000 after $5,000 in revenue sold Rep increases by 1% and it is capped at 15%, if you sell $14,000 in revenue then instead of 5% commission you make 14% in commission
– $5 bonus for the first sale of the day, closed before noon
– Realistic earnings of $800 to $1,000 USD per month at target in the first 90
days, with no cap above that for strong closers

WHAT THE BOTTOM LINE LOOKS LIKE
– 130 dials per day activity floor
– $3,000 in collected revenue per month, roughly $137 per day pace
– 2 Minute Wrap Time (2 minute gap in between phone calls)
– Daily activity is reviewed at EOD with Sales Manager

GROWTH PATH
Top reps move into client onboarding and account upgrades, which carries a
higher base and a larger commission pool. I am building that team next and I
promote from within ONLY.
