We’re a fast-growing US-based engineering firm serving contractors, engineering firms, and construction companies across all 50 states. We’re hiring our first dedicated outbound sales rep to open doors with new clients, with real room to grow into a bigger sales role as we scale.
What you’ll do:
- Cold call US-based contractors, engineering firms, and general contractors — high volume, every day.
- Book qualified meetings and demos for our team.
- Follow up by phone and email until you get a clear yes or no; no leads left hanging.
- Log every call, contact, and note in Zoho CRM.
- Own your pipeline and your numbers.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong phone sales skills — you’re not afraid of rejection and you keep dialing.
- Proven outbound experience: 60+ dials a day in a past role.
- Clear, neutral English, comfortable speaking with American clients all day.
- A reliable home office: stable, fast internet, a quiet space, and a good headset.
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated to earn.
What you don’t need:
Any engineering or construction background. We’ll train you on the industry and the service — if you can sell, we want to talk to you.
Schedule:
Full-time, remote, 8AM-4PM US Eastern (currently 2PM-10PM SAST; shifts to 3PM-11PM SAST once the US moves off daylight saving in early November).

Our Offer:
- USD900 base + uncapped commission (OTE $2,000+/month)
- Paid selected US and SA holidays
