We’re looking for someone excited to help grow the company by building meaningful audience connections through content, creator relationships, and community engagement.
You will lead content and audience growth across short-form media, creator partnerships, influencer outreach, and community engagement.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on turning our emotional support products into content that builds trust, audience connection, and brand growth.
You will work directly with the founding team to help grow audience engagement and brand visibility through content and creator partnerships.
You should understand how to create emotionally resonant content around mental health and emotional wellness in a way that feels thoughtful, relatable, and commercially effective.
What You’ll Do
This role is primarily about growing the brand through content distribution, creator relationships, influencer partnerships, and audience engagement.
● Create and publish short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
Shorts, Threads, Pinterest, Facebook, and X
● Turn our products and brand themes into emotionally compelling videos, using appropriate graphics, captions, and campaigns
● Adapt content for each platform instead of reposting identical assets
● Source and manage relationships with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and affiliate partners aligned with our brand, including outreach, gifting, collaborations, repost opportunities, and partnership tracking
● Help build repeatable creator, ambassador, and affiliate workflows that increase brand reach and trust
● Help grow brand visibility through creator-driven distribution and community engagement
● Repurpose high-performing content into new variations and formats
● Track performance metrics including saves, shares, clicks, purchases, and qualified DMs
● Maintain a forward-looking content calendar and publishing workflow
● Experiment with AI tools and creative workflows to improve speed and output quality

You should be comfortable testing multiple hooks, formats, creator partnerships, and distribution strategies each week and learning quickly from performance data.

You should be able to manage multiple content workflows simultaneously while maintaining a consistent brand voice and publishing cadence.
You Should Have
Required Experience:
● Strong understanding of short-form storytelling and platform-native content
● Experience growing or managing social accounts, creator communities, or brand partnerships
● Confidence reaching out to influencers and managing collaboration workflows
● Familiarity with mental health, self-help, emotional wellness, or emotionally driven consumer brands
● Ability to identify trends and adapt them to a brand voice
● Comfort using modern creative and AI-assisted tools
Helpful tools include:
● CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or similar editing tools
● Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Pika, ElevenLabs, or related AI platforms
● Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Threads, and X workflows
● Basic analytics and performance tracking

Compensation
