We’re hiring a full-time remote Appointment Setter to call homeowners across the US and book qualified appointments for our solar sales closers. This is a phone-first sales role with steady, consistent lead flow — you’re not cold-grinding a list from scratch. Most people you call have already raised their hand asking about lowering their energy bills.

What you’ll do:
• Call and qualify warm, inbound homeowner leads — speed matters, fast callbacks win
• Re-engage and reactivate older leads from our database
• Book solid, qualified appointments onto our closers’ calendars
• Keep our CRM clean and your notes accurate

Who we’re looking for:
• Proven phone sales, telesales, or appointment-setting experience
• Clear, easily understood English for a US audience (essential)
• A consultative, question-based style — you build rapport and uncover needs, you don’t hard-pitch
• Self-motivated, coachable, consistent, and comfortable on the phone for a full shift

Schedule: Full-time, aligned to US business hours — expect an afternoon-into-evening South African schedule.

Your setup (required):
• Your own reliable computer and headset
• Stable high-speed internet with a backup plan for load-shedding (non-negotiable for a real-time calling role)
• A quiet, professional space to take calls

Compensation: Competitive monthly USD pay based on experience — discussed during the interview.
