Full-Time Remote Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Experience Required)
About Us
We are a growing U.S.-based e-commerce company specializing in premium gourmet gift baskets and corporate gifting. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Remote Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day financial operations.
This is a full-time, long-term remote position for someone who enjoys maintaining accurate financial records, staying organized, and working independently while collaborating with our U.S.-based management team.
Responsibilities
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial transactions
Process and record vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable
Assist with customer payments, account reconciliations, and accounts receivable
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Review transactions for accuracy and help identify discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing tasks and preparation of financial reports
Maintain organized records of bills, receipts, and financial documents
Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and account discrepancies
Work closely with management to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Required Experience & Qualifications
3+ years of bookkeeping experience
Experience using QuickBooks Online for day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment
Preferred Experience
Experience working with U.S.-based companies
Experience with e-commerce, retail, or product-based businesses
Familiarity with inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS)
Experience reconciling payment platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, or other online sales channels
Experience working remotely with international teams
Position Details
