We are looking for a native English-speaking web developer to join as a live interview partner for technical interview practice sessions.
The role involves participating in realistic mock interviews with candidates preparing for software engineering roles.
You will simulate real-world interview scenarios, including both technical and behavioral questions.
Strong communication skills and natural, fluent English are required to ensure a realistic interview experience.
You should have solid experience in modern web development, including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
The role requires you to think and respond like a real engineer during live discussions, not follow a script.
You will help candidates improve their clarity, confidence, and technical communication under interview conditions.
Prior experience as a senior developer or interviewer is highly preferred but not required.
This is a remote, flexible, part-time contract position with session-based scheduling.
The main goal is to create a realistic interview environment that closely reflects actual tech hiring interviews.
