The IQ Collective is a done-for-you performance marketing agency based in the UK. We work exclusively with premium residential contractors and high-end home renovation companies — think bespoke kitchen and bathroom designers, design-and-build firms, and luxury refurbishment contractors.

We run Meta advertising campaigns, SEO, content production, and social media management for our clients. Everything we do is designed to generate qualified enquiries for high-ticket renovation projects.

We’re a small, fast-moving team and we’re growing quickly. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a focused agency that has a clear niche, a strong product, and serious growth ambitions.

The Role

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day organic social media delivery for our client accounts. You’ll be managing Instagram and Facebook for multiple premium UK contractor brands simultaneously — planning content, writing captions, scheduling posts, managing communities, and reporting on performance each month.

You won’t be shooting the content — we have a videographer who conducts on-site shoots with clients every 4–6 weeks. Your job is to take that footage and photography, turn it into a consistent and on-brand posting schedule, and keep each client’s social presence active, professional, and growing between shoots.

You will be required to make content on Canva also (less regularly).

This role is execution-heavy. We need someone who can manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball, write in a clean and professional tone suited to a premium UK audience, and work independently without hand-holding.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing organic Instagram and Facebook for 5–8 client accounts simultaneously
  • Building and maintaining monthly content calendars for each client, planned 2–4 weeks ahead
  • Writing captions that match each client’s brand voice — professional, premium, project-focused
  • Repurposing shoot footage and photography into Reels, carousels, static posts, and Stories
  • Scheduling and publishing all content via Meta Business Suite or an agreed scheduling tool
  • Managing community interactions — responding to comments and DMs in line with each client’s tone
  • Flagging inbound enquiries to the relevant internal contact promptly
  • Delivering a monthly performance report per client (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth)
  • Communicating clearly with our internal team on content status, approvals, and any issues

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing social media for multiple client accounts at the same time — agency experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written English — you’ll be writing for UK premium audiences and the standard is high
  • Experience working with construction, renovation, interiors, or property brands is a significant advantage
  • Confident repurposing video and photo content — you don’t need to film or shoot, but you need to know how to cut a Reel from raw footage and build a carousel from a shoot gallery
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or similar scheduling tools
  • Organised and proactive — you’ll be managing multiple editorial calendars at once and we need someone who stays ahead of deadlines without being chased
  • Comfortable working UK hours (9am–5pm GMT) consistently
  • A stable internet connection and a professional remote working setup

Nice to haves

  • Experience with Canva or basic design tools for post formatting
    Familiarity with GoHighLevel or any CRM tool
    Understanding of how organic social supports paid advertising campaigns

We specialise in Meta ad campaigns, professional videography and content systems designed to bring in high-value enquiries from homeowners who are serious about their project — and their budget. Most contractors come to us having tried ads before and been disappointed. The work was generic, the leads were low quality, and no one on the other side understood what it actually takes to sell a £100k renovation. We do. We work with a handful of clients at any one time.
