Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented GoHighLevel Systems Administrator to serve as the primary administrative and technical support for the business owner and coaching team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between manual workflows and automated systems, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly across multiple platforms.

Rate:

Equivalent of USD 10/hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities

Platform Management: Manage and troubleshoot the Go High Level platform, including updating programs, managing tags, duplicating funnels, and resolving backend issues.
Operational Support: Log incoming lab results into spreadsheets promptly and notify coaches when labs need to be ordered or reviewed within required turnaround times.
Content Production: Edit and publish podcast episodes, including basic audio trimming and uploading across platforms.
Project Coordination: Update and maintain client records, task lists, and project statuses in ClickUp to ensure smooth team coordination.
Creative Assets: Create and update basic marketing assets in Canva using existing brand templates.
Tech Support: Monitor incoming client communications and tech support inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed.
Process Improvement: Follow established SOPs and Loom video walkthroughs to execute tasks efficiently while identifying opportunities to automate manual workflows.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience working with Go High Level (managing automations, tags, landing pages, and program delivery).
Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
Basic proficiency in Canva for template-based design work.
High level of attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive deliverables.
Strong resourcefulness and ability to problem-solve independently using SOPs and existing documentation.
Audio editing skills for podcast production (nice to have).
