About the Company:
Sagan represents a high-growth consumer brand in the health and wellness space focused on innovative scalp care solutions. The company has experienced strong early traction and is now entering a key expansion phase, scaling its direct-to-consumer and subscription business.
Position Overview:
The Head of Growth will own the full digital growth engine across DTC and subscription channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue, optimizing performance marketing, and leading cross-functional execution across creative, retention, and e-commerce. You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on oversight to scale growth efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
Own growth P&L, including revenue, CAC, LTV, and overall efficiency metrics.
Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
Lead creative strategy and establish testing frameworks to drive performance improvements.
Build and manage revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance projections.
Partner with retention and lifecycle teams to improve subscription growth, reduce churn, and increase LTV.
Drive CRO initiatives across product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows.
Manage and hold external agencies accountable for performance and alignment.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across marketing, creative, and customer experience.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital e-commerce.
3+ years in a senior leadership role within a DTC or consumer brand.
Proven track record scaling DTC brands across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Strong command of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and MER as core performance metrics.
Experience with forecasting, budget planning, and financial modeling.
Proficiency with modern e-commerce tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and Recharge (or similar).
Strong communication skills with experience working with executive stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in subscription-based business models.
Experience in Western markets.
Familiarity with data infrastructure or attribution tools (e.g., BigQuery, SQL).
Background in health, beauty, or wellness industries.
