About the Company:

 

Sagan represents a prestige skincare brand operating across direct-to-consumer (Shopify), Amazon, and major wholesale retail channels. The team is focused on delivering high-quality products and seamless operational execution at scale.

 

Position Overview:

 

Operations & Supply Chain Manager is the operational backbone of the brand, you will own end-to-end supply chain execution with a high degree of autonomy. Your mission is to deliver full inventory visibility, operational accuracy, and proactive issue resolution. This role requires a strong independent operator who can manage complex workflows across manufacturing, logistics, and retail partners with minimal oversight.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Execute all purchase orders and manufacturing orders; track production timelines and proactively flag risks or delays.
Oversee daily 3PL operations, including performance management and issue resolution.
Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations across Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale channels.
Maintain a <2% fulfillment error rate and ensure high accuracy across all logistics operations.
Manage wholesale logistics operations, including PO processing, chargebacks, and on-time delivery (95%+ target).
Own operational relationships with key partners including manufacturers and 3PLs.
Build and maintain real-time inventory dashboards and reporting systems.
Deliver weekly reporting on inventory health, sales performance, and operational KPIs.
Coordinate cross-functional execution for new product launches and SKU expansions.

 

Qualifications:

 

4+ years of experience in CPG operations or supply chain management.
Proven ability to independently manage day-to-day operations with minimal oversight.
Strong proficiency in Airtable and Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

 

Nice-to-Haves:

 

Shopify backend experience.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and wholesale vendor portals (e.g., Sephora or similar).
Experience in skincare, beauty, or similar CPG categories with regulated supply chains.
Experience managing 3PLs such as MasonHub or similar.
Experience supporting product launches and SKU lifecycle management.
