We are looking for someone who is well-spoken with a calm, friendly, natural and sincere tone to qualify companies and arrange a brief introduction with the head of the relevant departments on behalf of the director. The candidate is required to introduce our services clearly without aggressive selling and create a strong first impression aligned with a premium service brand.
The candidate must have experience in cold calling, sales, appointment setting or customer service with a strong ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively and respond appropriately.Qualifying prospective clients involves identify brokers/ companies who are involved in the claims process and who would benefit from additional service support.
In addition the candidate is required to: keep accurate records of calls made; details of company and relevant contacts; company listing criteria and potential setbacks as well as the outcomes of each interaction.
Important: This is not a high-pressure sales role. The focus is on professional representation, building trust and opening doors for long-term relationships.
