We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing Australian company on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to improve online visibility, increase website traffic, and generate quality leads through strategic search engine optimisation.
You will work closely with the team to identify growth opportunities, improve rankings, and implement SEO strategies that drive measurable business results.
Role Description
As our SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and improving the company’s organic online presence. You will conduct keyword research, optimise website content, monitor rankings, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. This is a flexible remote role for 1–2 hours per day, with performance incentives available through our commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimise website pages, metadata, headings, and content for SEO
Improve local SEO visibility and Google Business profiles
Build and manage backlink strategies
Monitor website rankings, traffic, and SEO performance
Identify technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
Create SEO-friendly content recommendations
Track leads and conversions generated through SEO efforts
Provide weekly progress reports and recommendations
Requirements
Proven SEO experience with measurable results
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms preferred
Strong written English and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Compensation
