We are seeking a confident and results-driven Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing Australian company. This is a part-time remote opportunity ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with people, generating leads, and booking appointments.
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, creating interest, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients daily
Introduce company services professionally and confidently
Identify potential customer needs and qualify leads
Book appointments or schedule follow-up calls
Maintain accurate notes and update CRM/spreadsheets
Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
Handle objections professionally and positively
Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Requirements
Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred
Strong spoken English with clear communication skills
Confident phone manner and positive attitude
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
Ability to work independently and deliver results
