Looking for a motivated and confident Appointment Setter / Business Development Representative to help generate new business opportunities. This role is focused on outbound cold calling, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to targeted companies and decision-makers
Clearly communicate our value proposition in a concise, professional way
Schedule qualified meetings and appointments
Track outreach activity and results
Continuously improve call scripts and messaging

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development preferred with C-suite
Ability to work independently and hit activity and appointment targets
