Bookkeeper (Multiple Companies)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial records for multiple companies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across different entities simultaneously, and able to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records for multiple companies, using QuickBooks Online
• Record daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, and journal entries
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts regularly
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and issue invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit & loss and balance sheets
• Liaise with accountants, auditors, and management as needed

Preferred / Nice-to-Have
• Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualification
• Experience working with different industries
