• Duties :
o To co-ordinate all Sales orders/documentation/enquiries and deliveries in order to
facilitate the effective selling and delivery of the manufactured product.
o Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and
communicating relevant information
o Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
o Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
o Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
o Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
o Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
o Monitor the production team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose
improvements
o Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
o Ensure adherence to laws and policies
o Ensure that all orders received are captured on the internal system.
o Liaise with the estimator to put together a data pack consisting of quotation, customer
order, internal order and approved drawings including manufacturing instructions.
o Ensure that the signed off data pack is received by the production department.
o Liaise with the Operations manager as well as the production team to ensure that the
delivery date is met.
o Once production is complete, generate the Tax Invoice and delivery note which will be
then forwarded to the customer.
o Generate a weekly Sales Invoice report and forward to the directors.
o Receive all customer goods for repair or quotation purposes.
o File finished data packs or relevant documentation thoroughly.
