● Perform day to day administrative tasks. Manage calendar, schedule
and co-ordinate meetings, compile agendas for meetings, and manage
diary and appointments. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports,
SHAREPOINT document system, and presentations.
● Arrange all travel arrangements, prepare itinerary. Handle incoming
calls and emails.
● Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external
clients. Take dictation and minutes.
● Responsible for financial administration and all procurement.
Functions. Verification of fixed assets in compliance with SkyPower
Fixed Assets policies and procedures, and all purchasing.
● Accountable for reconciliation of petty cash and credit cards.
● Managed Human Resources administrative process, infrastructure
needs including office space, procedures efficiently, and effectively.
● Planning and executing events with great ease, and professionalism.
● Compiled, and submitted quality bid documents, in preparation of
projects for submission under the REIPPP Program.
● Reviewing, and signing off proposals for tender documents.
