5-    In charge of the complaint system in the domestic sales departure, starting from translating the complaint, circulating it to the relevant dep., requesting for an accurate investigation on the complaint incident, proposing a fair compensation to the affected customer as per the technical investigation report, maintaining an average closure time for every complaint not to exceed 8 days as maximum period, and finally studying the methods of solving the problem which is the subject of the compliant in order not to be repeated in the future.

6-    Responsible for the warehouse project in the domestic sales dep., following up the in & out cargo, revising all the reports, making revision report to monitor the warehouse stock, reconciling the quantity on daily & monthly basis with the financial dep., registering the daily dispatches from the warehouse in the Winfast system and issuing invoices accordingly.

7-    Issuing a monthly price list for all SWC products and circulating it to all the dep., coordinating with the relevant dep. In this regard, and sending it to the customers.

8-    Coordinating with the supply chain dep. & the procurement dep. On monthly basis or in case of any price modifications in order to provide cement bags with the new prices.

9-    In charge of translating all in & out documents and correspondences, sending all the important news to MD in relevant to cement sector.

10-                    In charge of the Winfast system, registering the customers’ daily dispatches, making a monthly reconciliation with the financial dep. On their monthly dispatches and eventually issuing the customers’ monthly invoices, sending them to the key accounts.

11-                    In charge of all the external coordination between the domestic sales dep. And any external authority (like EOS, Housing, ….etc)

12-                    Making monthly reports to Domestic sales manager and MD.

13-                    Making presentations on SWC market share, domestic market studies and statistics.
