Remote IT Consultant (Client Communication) – US Time Zone

We’re a fast-growing IT consulting startup based in Miami, and we’re looking for a sharp communicator to join us remotely.

What you’ll do

You’ll be the friendly voice between our team and our clients. Most of the work is simply jumping on short daily check-ins (~1 hour/day) and making sure communication flows smoothly between technical and non-technical people.

No heavy coding required — just solid understanding of tech + great communication skills.

What we’re looking for
– Native-level or C1+ English (must sound natural to US clients)
– Comfortable speaking with clients and explaining things clearly
– Basic understanding of software engineering concepts
– Someone reliable, responsive, and easy to work with
– Available during US working hours (remote)

Nice to have
– Experience in IT consulting, SaaS, or client-facing tech roles
– Familiarity with how dev teams work (Agile, product cycles, etc.)
