We are looking for a driven, experienced sales closer to join our growing team.
Our company provides credit repair services to clients who are actively trying to buy a house or a car. This role is for someone who understands customer psychology, urgency, and high-level objection handling.
💰 Compensation (Startup Phase)
Week 1: $200/week flat
Close 5 clients → pay increases
Week 2: $250/week flat
Close 5 additional clients → pay increases
Week 3+: $300/week flat (maximum base pay)
After that, compensation is bonus-based on performance
📞 Responsibilities
Outbound calls to warm leads only (NO cold calls)
Consistent follow-ups via calls and text
Managing leads inside GoHighLevel CRM
Qualifying and closing motivated prospects
✅ Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience as a remote sales closer
Strong objection handling skills
Deep understanding of customer psychology
Fluent US English with no accent
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Hungry, disciplined, and ready to grow with a long-term team
