Job Title: Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant (Dutch-Speaking)
Location: Must reside within South Africa (Remote)
Working Hours: 40 hours per month (approx. 1 day per week, with potential to scale)
Overview
Our client, a Europe-based business, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing structural support. This role is ideal for a digitally savvy professional who is comfortable working across marketing platforms and operational systems, with the ability to communicate effectively in Dutch.
Key Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
Marketing Support
Assist with content updates and management on WordPress
Support CRM and marketing automation activities using HubSpot
Schedule and publish content on social media platforms, including Meta and LinkedIn
Provide general support with marketing campaigns and digital initiatives
Operational Support
Maintain and update internal systems and processes
Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as required
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch (written and verbal) – essential
Based in South Africa with a stable internet connection
Strong digital proficiency, particularly with HubSpot and WordPress
Experience with social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Working Arrangement
Starting at approximately 1 day per week (40 hours per month)
