We’re looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to take full ownership of cold calling performance across our entire client portfolio. This is a leadership role for someone who has personally excelled on the phones and now knows how to build, coach, and scale teams that consistently outperform their targets.

 

You won’t just manage from a spreadsheet — you’ll set the standard. You understand what a great cold call sounds like because you’ve made thousands of them, and you know how to turn a struggling campaign into a top performer.

 

What you’ll be doing:

– Owning the results of every cold calling campaign across our clients — from strategy to daily execution

– Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of callers to consistently hit and exceed KPIs

– Building and refining scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and call workflows

– Personally jumping on calls to model best practice, test approaches, and stay sharp

– Monitoring performance data (connect rates, conversion, appointments booked, revenue) and turning insights into action

– Managing quality assurance, call reviews, and continuous improvement

– Reporting clearly to leadership and clients on results and next steps

– Onboarding and training new callers as we scale

 

What we’re looking for:

– Proven experience managing cold calling / outbound telemarketing teams, with measurable results

– Strong personal cold calling ability — you’ve done the job at a high level, not just supervised it

– Excellent spoken and written English; clear, confident, and persuasive on the phone

– Data-driven: comfortable tracking KPIs and using numbers to drive decisions

– Experience with CRMs and outbound dialers (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, or similar)

– A natural leader who can coach, hold a team accountable, and lift performance

– Highly organized, self-driven, and reliable working across client time zones

– Comfortable managing multiple concurrent campaigns for different clients

 

Nice to have:

– Experience across B2B and B2C outbound

– Background running campaigns for an agency or BPO serving multiple clients

– Familiarity with outbound tools (Apollo, PhoneBurner, Aircall, etc.)

 

Compensation: $2,500 USD / month base + uncapped performance bonus paid out monthly. Your results directly drive your earnings — the better your campaigns perform, the more you make.
