The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist & Client Success Manager to lead and manage client accounts while taking ownership of our digital advertising strategy. This leadership role is central to our agency’s success, requiring expertise in Google Ads, a passion for delivering ROI, and the ability to act as a trusted partner for our clients.

This isn’t just a technical role—it’s a leadership opportunity where you’ll drive strategy, mentor team members, and ensure client success. The scope goes beyond PPC; you’ll be instrumental in shaping the direction of Uprise Digital as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Google Ads Management:

Build, manage, and optimise high-performing Google Ads campaigns to exceed client expectations.
Develop innovative PPC strategies tailored to each client’s goals and industry.
Conduct advanced keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for maximum ROI.
Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
Regularly communicate campaign performance, deliver insights, and recommend strategies to improve outcomes.
Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to meet their goals.
Leadership & Team Development:

Manage a growing team of specialists, providing mentorship and direction.
Collaborate with the creative and web development teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
Lead team meetings to strategise, review performance, and maintain alignment with company goals.
Strategic Contribution:

Help define the agency’s service offerings and identify areas for innovation and growth.
Stay on top of industry trends and proactively recommend new tools, platforms, and strategies.
Take initiative to expand your role as the agency scales—this is a leadership position with room to grow.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of proven experience in Google Ads management and digital marketing.
Demonstrated ability to manage clients effectively, communicate clearly, and deliver results.
Strong understanding of PPC strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation.
Experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyse and act on data.
Exceptional leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications in Google Ads or related platforms (preferred).
A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work Australian timezones reliably.
