Job Title: Social Media Manager (UK Hours, B2B Focus)
Location: Remote (must be available 06:00 – 14:30 UK Time, Monday–Friday)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £800- £1500 per month

About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Social Media Manager to support a growing portfolio of brands—primarily B2B service-based businesses, many of which operate in traditionally “boring” industries. You’ll be working closely with agency leads and clients to develop compelling content, manage multiple accounts, and bring social strategies to life.
This is a high-ownership role for someone with strong creative instincts, exceptional copywriting skills, and a proven ability to shape different tones of voice across varied client types.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and schedule engaging social media content across 15+ accounts
Write sharp, adaptable copy for a range of audiences and brand tones
Create compelling visual assets in Canva to accompany social copy
Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and performance goals
Stay on top of platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices
Provide strategic input and ideas that align with the brand and audience
Ensure daily availability between 06:00 – 14:30 UK time
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
3+ years experience in a social media role
Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Strong copywriting abilities and a knack for shifting tone of voice
Solid Canva skills and a good design eye
Agency experience (preferred)
Experience in B2B social media, particularly for service-based businesses
A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
Passion for social media and keeping up with platform changes
Initial Application Task:
Shortlisted applicants will be given a test assignment to write 4 LinkedIn posts and create accompanying Canva assets for Auxo Commercial, a UK-based recruitment business. This should be delivered in a Google Sheet, including:
