This is the studio’s production engine. You take brand systems and briefs and turn them into clean, on-brand assets, at pace and at standard, across digital, social, and print. The work is varied and constant, and the detail matters every time.
What you will work on
Day-to-day design production across digital, social, and print, always on brand and on brief.
Adapting brand systems into campaign assets, social templates, documents, and collateral.
Layout and production for reports, one-pagers, and longer-form documents in studio house style.
Preparing artwork for print and digital handover, with the file discipline that implies.
Supporting the Visual / Brand Designer and Art Direction on larger pieces.
What we are looking for
Around two or more years of production design experience, with a portfolio across digital and print.
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Speed without loss of accuracy, and strong version discipline (we work on duplicates; originals stay clean).
Care for the small things: kerning, alignment, consistency, the parts most people miss.
Helpful, not essential
Motion or short social video.
Packaging or print finishing knowledge.
Basic web or Webflow familiarity.
How we work
We brief clearly, agree on the deliverables and the deadline, then trust you to run your own process in your own way. Respect runs both ways. We do not treat contractors as disposable, and we will not expect you to absorb problems that are not yours.
The engagement
Independent contractor, part-time or full-time, by agreement. Fully remote.
Rate by agreement, commensurate with experience and scope, billed against invoice.
Real autonomy over how and when you work, within agreed deliverables and deadlines.
Work that lands at a high standard, for founders and operators worth doing it for.

Graphic Designer
