Role: Sales Development Representative

Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative is the engine that powers the top of our acquisition pipeline. As we scale across veterinary markets, this role becomes essential to market penetration, outbound experimentation, and fueling our deal-making ecosystem.
This is not an entry-level sales role.
This is a high-performance outbound role designed for someone who thrives on testing, iterating, and driving meaningful conversations that convert into revenue.
You will operate on the front lines — shaping messaging, opening doors, and driving qualified meetings that move the business forward. Your work directly determines the speed and momentum of our growth.
Key Responsibilities
– Launch outbound activity within 72 hours and consistently deliver 100+ activities per day
– Book 15+ qualified meetings per month, with at least one progressing to a signed engagement
– Master and maintain clean, disciplined CRM hygiene in GoHighLevel (or similar tools)
– Run A/B tests across sequences, channels, and verticals to identify breakthroughs
– Craft compelling outbound messaging that adapts based on signal, response, and market fit
– Collaborate with sales leadership to refine the SDR playbook and optimize conversion rates
– Partner with marketing to align outbound themes with campaigns, funnels, and events
– Bring insights from calls and objections to strengthen messaging, positioning, and product clarity
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Experience in outbound sales
– Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to spark interest quickly
– Tech-forward with an AI-first mindset
– Highly disciplined CRM habits; comfortable working in structured, high-accountability systems
– Strong resilience — comfortable with rejection and capable of maintaining momentum
– Coachable, adaptable, and driven to constantly improve performance
– Self-starter with exceptional remote work discipline
– Experience in healthcare or professional services preferred but not required
– Must be available for overlap with the team Monday–Thursday at 6:00 pm – 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time

Compensation
We believe in paying 125% or higher of the market rate. By being successful in this role you
will be the best in class with a combination of salary and performance based compensation
tied to key initiatives. This will be intense, but fun! Pushing you and you pushing us to all be
