The Opportunity

At Tier3 Media, we’re seeking a strategic Paid Advertising Manager to independently drive results for our aesthetic clients. Managing $500k+ in monthly ad spend, you’ll own campaign performance and support client relationships alongside an Account Manager.

Required Experience

3+ years managing Facebook Ads with for multiple clients
Proven track record scaling accounts while maintaining performance
Strong history of independent decision-making and client relationship management
Experience owning full-funnel metrics and revenue impact

Make independent decisions about budget allocation and optimization
Lead strategic client discussions about performance and growth
Proactively identify and solve challenges
Drive consistent results while maintaining profitability
