We’re a fast-growing IT consulting startup based in Miami, and we’re looking for a strong communicator to join us remotely.
About the role
This is a communication-focused position where you’ll act as the main point of contact between our team and international clients. The key requirement is clear, natural, and confident English communication.
The workload is light (~1 hour per day), mainly short client check-ins and communication support.
What you’ll do
– Communicate with clients in fluent, natural English
– Join short daily calls or check-ins
– Help ensure smooth communication between clients and our internal team
– Represent the company in a professional and friendly way
What we’re looking for
– C1+ English level (must be highly fluent and comfortable speaking with native speakers)
– Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on calls
– Ability to explain things clearly and simply
– Reliable, responsive, and professional attitude
– Availability to work in US time zone hours (remote)
Nice to have
– Basic understanding of IT or software concepts
– Previous experience in client-facing roles (support, consulting, sales, etc.)
What we offer
– Around $10,000/month starting compensation (light workload ~1 hour/day)
