We’re a fast-growing IT consulting startup based in Texas, and we’re looking for a highly fluent English speaker to support our client communication.
About the role
This is a communication-first position. You’ll act as the bridge between our team and international clients, making sure conversations are smooth, clear, and professional.
Most of the work is short daily touchpoints (~1 hour/day), focused on speaking with clients and handling communication naturally in real time.
What you’ll do
– Speak with clients in fluent, natural English
– Join short daily calls or check-ins
– Help clarify messages between clients and our internal team
– Ensure communication is smooth, professional, and easy to understand
– Represent the company in client-facing conversations
What we’re looking for
– C1/C2 English level or native-level fluency (must sound natural to US clients)
– Strong spoken communication skills and confidence on calls
– Ability to explain ideas clearly and simply
– Professional, reliable, and responsive attitude
– Comfortable working in US time zone hours (remote)
Nice to have
– Previous experience in client-facing roles (support, consulting, sales, etc.)
– Experience working with international or US-based clients
