At That Recruitment Company, we have spent over a decade building one of the most trusted names in senior-level software engineering recruitment. We partner with scale-ups across the Netherlands, Germany and the United States. We are now looking for a Business Development powerhouse to open new doors, shape markets and accelerate our expansion.
This role is strategic and relationship driven. It suits someone who understands tech recruitment and knows how to turn market insight into opportunity.
What You Will Be Doing
Market mapping across Software Engineering, DevOps, Data and AI
Identifying high-growth companies, their technical leadership and current hiring trends
Building and nurturing relationships with CTOs, Engineering Managers and Founders in Europe and the US
Creating intelligent BD campaigns that feel warm, natural and value led
Working closely with our talent team to align live opportunities, pipelines and new market openings
Using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sourcewhale, Apollo and other tools to build high-value contact lists
Testing new markets, spotting new revenue streams and contributing directly to our long-term growth strategy
What We Are Looking For
Experience in Software Development recruitment
Strong market mapping ability
A proven relationship builder who operates with confidence and curiosity
Excellent written communication and the ability to produce sharp, human outreach
A high-autonomy operator who enjoys being trusted to get on with the job
A commercial mindset with resilience, creativity and a genuine interest in the tech hiring landscape
