Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (Legal) to lead and execute marketing strategies for a U.S.-based legal services company. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in B2B marketing and proven experience working within or supporting the legal industry—whether law firms, legal tech, or litigation support.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with an emphasis on content marketing, lead generation, brand positioning, and campaign performance analysis. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies tailored to the legal services industry, with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
Manage legal-focused campaigns across digital channels including SEO, email, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Create and oversee a content calendar featuring thought leadership, blogs, case studies, and practice area-specific materials.
Optimize and manage website content and UX for lead conversion and brand alignment.
Coordinate with legal and business development teams to ensure marketing messaging is legally accurate and aligned with service offerings.
Analyze campaign performance data, provide actionable insights, and continuously refine marketing tactics to improve ROI.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral including brochures, pitch decks, and branded templates tailored for law firm clients.
Stay current on legal industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity to inform marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A background in legal studies or law is a strong advantage.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years supporting legal, compliance, or professional service organizations.
Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that attract legal industry decision-makers.
Proficient in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills with experience developing professional service content.
Familiarity with legal terminology and the ethical considerations when marketing legal services.
Strong project management skills and ability to lead projects independently in a remote team environment.
