At SOUP Marketing, we help aesthetic clinics across the UK fill their appointment books automatically through high-performance marketing and elite appointment-setting teams.
Now we’re looking for a Sales Manager / Call Centre Manager to lead, develop, and scale our inbound sales team.

💼 Full-Time | Remote | Mon-Fri | 9 AM – 6 PM (GMT)
💰 Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus

You’ll be responsible for owning the performance of our Appointment Angels team, ensuring targets are hit, standards stay high, and reps constantly improve.
This is not just managing people. This is building a winning sales machine.
What You’ll Be Doing
📈 Managing and coaching inbound sales reps
📊 Tracking performance metrics and improving conversion rates
🎧 Listening to calls and delivering coaching feedback
📅 Running daily huddles and weekly performance reviews
📞 Ensuring call quality, booking rates, and deposit collection stay strong
🧠 Building training, scripts, and performance improvements
⚡ Handling escalations and solving performance issues
🚀 Hiring and onboarding new reps as we scale
