We’re growing—and now seeking a special kind of Sales Representative: someone with heart, soul, and tech fluency.
About the Role
This isn’t your typical sales position.
We’re looking for a deeply emotionally intelligent and technologically savvy sales representative/consultant who can meet potential customers with empathy, warmth, and clarity. Your conversations won’t be cold calls—they’ll be warm, intentional connections with people who are often navigating hope, loss, and uncertainty.
You must be comfortable holding space for sensitive topics while also using smart tools to streamline communications, follow up with precision, and contribute to a smooth, data-informed sales process.
This role is ideal for someone with a healthcare or wellness background, matched with the confidence and skill to ethically guide women toward a solution that could transform their journey to motherhood.
What You’ll DoEngage warm inbound leads—primarily via quiz submissions and website inquiries—using phone, messaging, and email
Lead with empathy in every interaction while clearly communicating how our offerings can help
Navigate emotionally charged conversations with care, presence, and professionalism
Use CRM and communication tools to maintain a structured, consistent outreach flow
Partner with the customer support team to ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional client experience
Provide thoughtful insights and feedback to the broader team on customer pain points and patterns
Balance heart-led communication with goal-oriented follow-through
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:Emotionally intelligent – Able to build trust quickly, read between the lines, and offer thoughtful responses in vulnerable conversations
Technologically confident – You embrace software, systems, and tools that help you stay organized and efficient and are open to making suggestions on software given your prior experience
A strong communicator – Both in spoken and written English (Bonus: French a plus as our client base is in Canada)
Experienced in healthcare (e.g., nursing, health coaching, or similar)—or has a deep understanding of fertility and women’s health
Naturally inclined toward sales or support roles where listening and understanding are key to success
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a remote team
Skilled with tools like Shopify, Hubstaff, CRMs, and communication platforms such as OpenPhone or SalesMessage

CRM – (We’re flexible here, and value your past experience with any leading CRM tool)
