Position : Marketing & Sales Assistant

Working Schedule : 9a-6p EST

Salary Range :$1,500-$2,000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate’s level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

 

Job Summary
We’re looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Assistant to support our branding and design firm as we grow our presence and outreach efforts. This hybrid role blends marketing execution with targeted sales outreach—ideal for someone who thrives in both creative and communication-driven tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support:

Assist with graphic design tasks, content scheduling, and brand presentation
Help prepare marketing collateral and client-facing materials
Maintain and update marketing materials and website content
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital, etc.)
Social Media:

Manage and execute social media activities: posting, editing, building campaigns and guidelines (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Support brand-building efforts through social media, email campaigns, and design project coordination
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics
Data Entry:

Enter and maintain CRM, marketing, and lead generation data accurately and timely
Ensure consistent data formatting and completeness
Sales Support:

Research and cold call hotel owners in Florida to qualify interest in potential sales conversations
Cold call leads regarding real estate deals and verify ownership information
Respond to client inquiries and schedule sales appointments
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
Assist in lead generation efforts through research and outreach
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications
Track sales KPIs and prepare performance reports

Executive Assistant Support:

Perform basic-level EA duties as needed, such as calendar management, coordinating internal tasks, or assisting with document preparation

Qualifications
3+ year experience in a marketing, sales support, or administrative role (preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable making cold calls and following up with leads
Eye for design and familiarity with visual branding tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive mindset
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media, SEO)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
